Arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Late arrivals will not have missed activities repeated.
Reservations are first-come, first-served.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance, no refunds.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to book.
If canceled with 7 days’ notice, it can be transferred to a future date.
No refund or transfer if canceled later than 7 days.
